That was the title of the 3 days' workshop, which took place in Vienna/Austria during 16th and 18th of April 2004. The aim of the event, organized by Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda and "Yoga in Daily Life" was to show how to achieve and maintain health through the system of "Yoga in Daily Life". Valuable research work was presented in which modern scientific methods were used to connect to and back-up the ancient wisdom and technique of yoga. Both were proved to be highly effective in prevention and treatment of many modern ailments.

On March 25th 2004, His Holiness Vishwaguru Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda Ji was invited to Parliament House by the Premier of South Australia, His Excellency Mr. Mike Rann.

On Tuesday, the 24th of February 2004, Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Swami Maheshwaranandaji had started his World Peace Tour 2004. Swamiji will travel virtually around the world and will visit various continents and countries to spread the message of peace and tolerance among nations, religions and races. An international yoga conference, called "YOGACON-2004", was held from 16th to 18th of January 2004 in Jaipur/India. The conference was sponsored by Rajasthan Swasthya Yoga Parishad (RSYP) from Jaipur and received blessings of His Holiness Mahamandaleshwar Yogiraj Swami Maheshwaranandaji Maharaj, who inaugurated the conference and took part at several events and sessions.

From December 28th, 2003, to January 2nd, 2004, an important conference titled "International Conference on World Peace" was held in Ahmedabad/India. It's venue was the Gujarat University, Department of Philosophy, and the main theme the achieving of peace in the world. Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Swami Maheshwaranandaji was also invited, he took part in many discussions and enriched them with his wisdom and his love for all.
