VIENNA, 2 October 2015 – More than 200 delegates and representatives, from NGOs and academia around the world, have gathered in the United Nations in Vienna to commemorate the International Day of Non-Violence.
Yoga in Daily Life Zagreb participated in the first celebration of World Heart Day 2015 in Croatia and became a partner of "Guardians of the Hearts".
On the International Day of Peace, members of Yoga in Daily Life gathered as every year on this occasion, in Schweizer Garten in Vienna, at the World Peace Tree which was planted ten years ago by Vishwaguru Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda, together with District Director Erich Hohenberger. With the peace mantra chanted for the sake of the world as well as a prayer for peace, this evocative evening was dedicated to world peace.
To commemorate International Day of Peace, the Kapiti United Parish Church invited Yoga in Daily Life to join their peace gathering to promote and raise awareness of peace in the world.
